01 — The business problem
A local service bought in minutes, not researched for days
Doorstep detailing and cleaning is bought quickly and locally. A visitor wants to know what the service costs, whether the team can be trusted in their home or with their car, and whether it can happen today — and they want to ask on WhatsApp, not fill a long form.
How the category is actually bought
Doorstep car detailing and home cleaning are decided quickly: what does it cost, can they come today, and can I message rather than fill a form.
What the business needed
Enquiries arriving on WhatsApp already carrying the service name, so the team could quote and schedule instead of restarting the conversation each time.
The design consequence
Price, availability and proof had to be visible before the booking button, and the booking button had to be a message, not a form.
02 — Visitor psychology
What stops someone booking
The page order follows the questions a visitor asks silently. Each answer is placed at the point the question appears, not on a separate page.
Can they come today?
The hero states doorstep service with an availability badge and the phone number, directly beside the booking button.
What does it cost?
Every service card carries its starting price — ₹499 for a foam wash, ₹999 for AC service, ₹299 per seater for sofa cleaning — so nobody has to enquire to find out.
Do they actually do good work?
A before/after gallery pairs real job photos per service: kitchen, sofa, bathroom, car interior.
Who is coming to my home or car?
Verified team, same-day service and affordable pricing markers repeat next to the booking actions, and reviews sit just above the contact section.
How much effort is booking?
One tap opens WhatsApp with the service already written into the message; the customer adds only name, location and preferred time.
03 — User journey
Why the homepage runs in this order
Trust Me Studio designed and built the original site around that behaviour: prices stated on every service, before/after proof of real work, and a WhatsApp booking action that arrives pre-filled with the service name so the customer only adds name, location and time.
- 1Land
Offer and contact together
The hero names the service, shows availability, and puts WhatsApp and phone side by side — the two ways this audience actually contacts a local business.
- 2Attract
Current offers
Time-limited discounts on the most-booked services appear next, because a specific offer converts faster than a general service list.
- 3Choose
Categories, then priced services
Auto Care, Home Care and Specialised Services narrow the choice first; the full priced catalogue follows, led by the most-booked items.
- 4Verify
Before/after work, then reviews
Proof is placed after the visitor has picked a service, at the moment they start weighing whether to commit.
- 5Book
Contact block
A short form that submits into WhatsApp, plus number, address and working hours for anyone who prefers to call or walk in.
04 — Design decisions
One booking action, repeated rather than multiplied
Primary
Book on WhatsApp
The same action in the header, hero, every offer, every service page and the contact block. It is repeated, never replaced by a competing primary.
Secondary
Call now
Kept visible for customers who prefer voice, but styled quieter so it never outranks the message path.
Tertiary
View details
Service pages carry packages and inclusions for anyone who needs scope before contacting — support for the decision, not a competing click.
05 — Decisions & tradeoffs
Choices made for booking, and their cost
- 01
Send bookings to WhatsApp instead of a database-backed form
The team already runs on WhatsApp. A pre-filled message reaches them instantly and lets them reply, quote and schedule in the same thread.
Trade-off — There is no booking record inside the website — the enquiry lives in the client's WhatsApp inbox.
- 02
Publish a starting price on every service
Price is the first question in this category. Showing it filters out mismatched enquiries and removes a round of messaging.
Trade-off — Prices become content that has to be maintained, and the business gives up the option of quoting differently per enquiry.
- 03
Give the most-booked services their own pages
Car detailing, AC service and sofa cleaning need package tiers and inclusion lists that would overwhelm a homepage card.
Trade-off — More pages to keep accurate than a single-page site.
- 04
Place proof after selection, not before
Before/after images matter most once someone has a service in mind; showing them first would delay the price answer.
Trade-off — Visitors who scroll only the first screen never reach the proof.

Built for the phone in someone's hand
1440px
Full navigation with persistent Call and Book Now in the header; services run three-up and the contact form sits beside the contact details.
1024px
Service cards pair two-up and before/after tiles stay side by side so the comparison still reads.
768px
Single column; navigation collapses to a menu button while the booking action stays in reach.
390px
Compact hero card with Book Now and the phone number above the fold, plus a floating chat button that follows the scroll.
08 — Outcome
Outcome
In the delivered site, booking was possible from any point on the page in one tap, without a form
Every service priced up front in the delivered build, removing the most common pre-enquiry question
Mobile-first layout usable one-handed end to end
Client-reported: following the original launch of the Trust Me Studio-delivered website, three enquiries were received within the first 24 hours.
No conversion rate, revenue figure or ongoing performance claim is made here. Ratings, customer counts and reviews shown in the delivered site are the client's own content, not measurements by Trust Me Studio. The note above is client-reported and relates only to the first 24 hours after the original launch.
09 — Project gallery
The delivered site, and what each screen is doing

- What you are seeing
- The homepage hero: what the service is, that it comes to your door, an availability marker, and Book Now on WhatsApp beside the phone number.
- Why it matters
- This audience decides in seconds and contacts through messaging. Offer and contact have to occupy the same screen.
- Problem it solves
- It removes the search for a contact method — the two actions this customer would use are already in front of them.

- What you are seeing
- The service catalogue, led by a Most Booked row, with a starting price printed on every card.
- Why it matters
- Price is the first question in doorstep cleaning and detailing. Hiding it forces an enquiry that neither side wants.
- Problem it solves
- Mismatched enquiries drop away, and the customers who do message already accept the price bracket.

- What you are seeing
- A service page with package tiers, what each includes, and the same WhatsApp and call actions.
- Why it matters
- Bigger jobs need scope settled before contact, otherwise the first exchange is spent describing the service.
- Problem it solves
- It shortens the pre-booking conversation and lets the customer arrive naming the package they want.

- What you are seeing
- Paired before/after photographs of completed jobs, labelled by service.
- Why it matters
- Nobody trusts an adjective about cleaning. A visible transformation is the only proof that carries.
- Problem it solves
- It answers the quality doubt at the moment the visitor is deciding, without asking them to leave for reviews.

- What you are seeing
- Customer reviews written in the mix of Hindi and English the local audience actually uses, each naming a specific service.
- Why it matters
- Placed after the work, reviews confirm reliability and conduct — the part a photograph cannot show.
- Problem it solves
- It removes the last hesitation about letting a stranger into the home or near the car.

- What you are seeing
- A short form — name, phone, service, optional message — that submits into WhatsApp, next to the number, address and working hours.
- Why it matters
- Some visitors want to type into a form, others want to call or check the hours first. Both belong in the same block.
- Problem it solves
- Whichever route is chosen, the enquiry lands in the same WhatsApp thread with the service already named.

- What you are seeing
- The mobile homepage: compact hero card, Book Now and the phone number above the fold, and a floating chat button.
- Why it matters
- Local service traffic is overwhelmingly mobile, usually one-handed and often outdoors.
- Problem it solves
- Booking never depends on scrolling back up — the action follows the visitor down the page.
